I have had issues with anxiety for about 10 years. I have talked to my doctor about putting me on different anxiety medications, but nothing felt right. I was introduced to CBD cream about a month ago.  I’ve had one knee replacement, but I was in so much pain in the other knee during December that I feared I was headed back for more surgery.  I did not want to go through that if I could prevent it, so I decided to give the cream a try.  (Anything to avoid going under again)!  I have to admit I was pretty skeptical at first because of the amount of pain I had.  I couldn’t put any weight on my leg or walk without bending my knee and limping when I walked.   When I would try to stand after sitting for periods of time I would have to stand a few minutes before I could try to take any steps.  I started by putting the cream on once in the morning and once at night before bed.  The pain was awful, even at night.  You know – that pain you get when you put one leg on top of the other  – and it feels like you’ve got a 100# brick on top of your knees?  I remember waking the first morning after applying it for the first time that I hadn’t had that awful pain AT ALL during the night.  How could one application help that much?  After about 10 days of applying the CBD cream morning and night, I found that I was mostly pain free during the day and at night, and I was able to walk much easier and with a straighter gait.  I continued to apply the cream twice daily for about 3 weeks and then noticed that I would forget to put it on because my knee just wasn’t hurting any more.  However, I also found that if I forgot and went 2-3 days the pain would start to come back.  I was reminded to be consistent about applying the cream daily, at least once a day.  Since doing that I have found myself being able to take short walks to get some exercise and still remain pain free. Surgery is not even in my thoughts anymore.  I’m so grateful for the results I’ve had with this product!
